Go Events ("we," "us," or "our") provides entertainment, event production and talent booking services. This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect from clients, performers, vendors, staff and website visitors, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using our websites, booking portals or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.
1. Information we collect
Contact information such as name, email address, mobile phone number and mailing address.
Booking and event information such as event dates, venues, schedules, performance details and notes.
Payment and payout information for clients and performers, such as invoicing details and payout account identifiers. Payments may be processed by third-party providers (for example, accounting, payroll or contractor payment platforms); we do not store full card numbers.
Communication preferences and consent records, including whether you agreed to receive text messages, and when.
Technical information such as browser type and basic usage data collected automatically when you use our websites or portals.
2. How we use your information
To schedule, confirm and manage events and bookings.
To send booking requests, confirmations, schedule changes, reminders and other service-related messages by email or text.
To process invoices, payments and performer payouts.
To respond to questions and provide customer support.
To maintain records and comply with legal, tax and accounting obligations.
To protect the security and integrity of our services.
3. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text messages from Go Events, we will use your mobile number to send service-related messages such as booking requests, booking confirmations, schedule changes and event reminders. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP, and reply HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of any booking or purchase.
We do not sell, rent or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except with service providers (such as our text-messaging provider) that help us deliver messages on our behalf.
4. How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as needed to provide our services:
Service providers who help us operate, such as hosting, email and text-message delivery, accounting, payroll and contractor payment providers. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
Event partners: limited event details may be shared between clients, venues and booked performers as needed to carry out an event (for example, a performer's name and arrival time with the venue).
Legal reasons: when required by law, or to protect our rights, safety or property.
Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Data retention
We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain business records and meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, then delete or anonymize it.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards, including access controls that limit who can see financial and personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Your choices and rights
Reply STOP to any text message to stop receiving texts.
Contact us to access, correct or delete your personal information, subject to records we must keep by law.
Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy laws.
8. Children
Our services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
