+ What are the COVID 19 rules?
Masks are required at all times unless eating or drinking while seated. Indoor tables have a maximum seating of 8 people per group. Social distance rules apply.
+ What is the difference between indoor dining and outdoor dining?
If you are interested in indoor or outdoor dining at a standard table you can do so by making a reservation on OpenTable at the Renault Winery Champagne Garden. VIP reservations are for Outdoor Fire Pits and Igloos and for Lounge Sections in the Tasting Room. These sections are available for a rental fee and will typically have a minimum requirement for Food and Beverage Spend.
+ What are the different sections available?
- Stage Fire Pits - A great way to see your favorite band. These sections are the ideal location for guests that want to party. There is a food server in this section. (4-8 People)
- Garden Fire Pits - Ideal for slightly larger groups. These Fire Pits are closer to the wine tasting room in a more open area with a food server. You can hear the band but you are not in the middle of the action. (6-10 People)
- Igloos - Enjoy your own private area with a Champagne Igloo at Renault Winery. Rental Fee must be paid to reserve. Minimums can be met with spend on Food, Drink, or Gift Cards. All Igloos are heated with a full service dining and drink menu. (4-6 people)
- Wine Tasting Room Lounge - The wine tasting room is a premier indoor experience at Renault Winery. Dueling Pianos perform live inside the Wine Tasting Room at the Renault Winery every Friday and Saturday Night. These sections include lounge chairs with proper spacing for safety. There is a food and drink server in each area.
+ Are the igloos heated?
Yes, the Igloos have individually controlled space heaters that you can adjust during your stay. There are also vents on the sides of the igloo for ventilation if needed.
+ What type of fire pits are available for rental at Renault Winery?
All of the fire pits available for rent are wood burning. There is a team on-site that will provide firewood and keep your fire warm.
+ What are the costs for a VIP Section?
The rental fee for a Fire Pit or Igloo in the Garden or Stage area is $125 on weekends. There is also a food and beverage minimum that is separate from your rental fee that must be met during your stay. Those fees vary based on day of the week and availability.
There is no outside food or drink permitted at the Winery under any circumstance.
+ What are the seating times?
Seating times at the outdoor VIP areas are 12pm and 6pm. Indoor seating for VIP sections starts at 5pm Friday and 8pm Saturday.
+ Can we still go ice skating?
The ice skating rink is now closed for the season.
